FILE SPECIFICATIONS
VECTOR FILES
AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF formats are ideal for screen printing. These vector files maintain crisp edges and perfect scalability at any size, ensuring your design remains sharp and professional regardless of the garment tier.
RASTER FILES
JPEG and PNG files are acceptable but require a $50 vector conversion fee. Low-resolution raster files may lose detail during the printing process, leading to blurry edges and potential color shifts.
RESOLUTION
Files must be at least 300 DPI for high-fidelity printing. Lower resolution can result in pixelation, especially on large apparel orders, compromising the overall quality of your brand merch.
BACKGROUND
Transparent backgrounds are required for all garments. Solid colors are fine, but we recommend using transparent backgrounds to avoid any unwanted bleed or printing issues on the fabric.
PRINT SIZE
Ensure your design is optimized for the garment size you are printing on. We provide digital mockups for approval to verify how your artwork will look on the finished apparel.
PRODUCTION APPROVAL
Orders are not placed into production until artwork is approved and the 50% deposit is paid. Final payment is due before release of finished goods.
